This is all about the restructuring plan like you mentioned. Let's get into the details there. Beauty company said it would cut 3 to 5 percent of its workforce. The idea. The goal here is that it wants to make Estee Lauder a leaner and more profitable company so that it's more able to respond more quickly to things such as social media trends. We're talking about Tick Tock Manus and the like. So as a result it expects between 500 million and 700 million before taxes in restructuring charges. But looking forward Estee Lauder expects that the job cuts and other details of that plan will drive incremental operating profit of one point one billion to one point four billion dollars. Now remember late last year you had S&P Global Ratings say that Estee Lauder's costs had increased to between 55 percent and 60 percent of revenue. So clearly shareholders are really cheering these cost cutting plans. The share is currently up 16 and a half percent. That is the biggest one day advance since 2011.
