The event featured a Family and Community Day, offering workshops, networking opportunities, and resources for small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Over 150 vendors participated, providing families with entertainment, free legal advice, school supplies, and public health services, including breast screenings and wellness activities.

Organizers emphasized the conference's role in advocating for civil rights and economic empowerment in underserved communities. The theme addressed democracy, civil rights, and progress, with a focus on actionable solutions that attendees could bring back to their local areas. The National Urban League also announced plans to open an urban civil rights museum in Harlem, New York, next year.

We are providing free services to moms just to create community, help them to understand that they're not alone. So by offering support like breast screenings that was sponsored by Walmart or group therapy sessions, massages, yoga, and breathing treatments.
