Demonstrators gathered outside the Iranian embassy here in London as news of the latest execution spread. A small but determined crowd worried that the plight of Iranian protesters is slipping from the world's gaze. They get shot. They get beaten up. They were put to prison. And as you can see they can be executed with no fair trial. Saeed Yaghoubi, Majid Kazemi and Salah Mirhashemi were arrested last November in the city of Isfahan. Accused of involvement in the deaths of three security force members. They were charged with enmity against God. Which is consistently used by the revolutionary force in Iran to eliminate and target political dissidents. Nationwide protests against Iran's governing clerics swept the country last September in the wake of Masa Amini's death. While she was in the custody of the morality police. After the three men were executed today Iran's judiciary published on its website footage of them allegedly confessing. Testimony obtained according to Amnesty International under duress. Repeatedly beaten, hung upside down, given electric shocks threatened with rape, threatened with the death of their family members. Human rights groups want a strong reaction from the international community. The situation is as bad if not worse than what it was in November when there was that global outpouring of support. It's not over. Images posted on social media showed friends and family of the three men grieving at gravesites. And as night fell there were images too of more protests underway.
