In contrast, forecasters are less confident about any tropical development in the Atlantic, Gulf, or near the southeast coast in the coming week. While some conditions for development exist, the necessary factors are not expected to fully align. The southeastern United States is forecast to experience stormy and humid weather, with increasing humidity across Texas and the Southern Plains.
