Police in The Colony confirmed that the vehicle matched the description of the stolen car and reported at least three break-ins, with additional incidents possibly unreported.

Authorities in nearby Plano are also investigating several vehicle break-ins that may be connected to the case. Social media posts indicated that garage door openers were among the items stolen, raising concerns about potential future home invasions. Police are encouraging all victims to report crimes to assist with the ongoing investigation.
